I. Introduction:
The manual cleaning brush filter is installed on the pipeline to filter out solid impurities such as rust and sand particles in the fluid, protecting the equipment on the pipeline from wear and blockage, ensuring the normal operation of machinery and equipment such as compressors, water pumps, valves, and instruments, so as to stabilize the process and ensure safe production. This filter has a reasonable structure and is made of high-quality materials. The shell is made of high-quality carbon steel or stainless steel; the organic brush is free of debris, and its filtration and cleaning effects are much better than those of punched nets or woven nets. Moreover, the brush bristles are not easily damaged during the net washing process, and it only needs to gently rotate the handle outside the brush holder during use.
II. Product Features:
1. Inlet and outlet diameter: In principle, the inlet and outlet diameter of the filter should not be smaller than the inlet diameter of the matched pump, and it is generally consistent with the diameter of the inlet pipeline.
2. Nominal pressure: Determine the pressure class of the filter according to the maximum pressure that may occur in the filtration pipeline.
3. Selection of mesh number: It mainly considers the particle size of impurities to be blocked, and is determined according to the process requirements of the medium flow. The particle size that can be blocked by various specifications of wire mesh is shown in the "Filter Mesh Specifications" table below.
4. Filter material: The filter is generally made of the same material as the process pipeline it is connected to. For different service conditions, filters made of cast iron, carbon steel, low alloy steel, or stainless steel can be considered.
5. Calculation of filter resistance loss: For water filters, under the general calculated rated flow rate, the pressure loss is 0.52～1.2kPa.

IV. Selection Principles:
